Accessibility Statement

We believe in the importance of making our website accessible to everyone. To this end, we are working to ensure the accessibility of this site, following the guidance provided by legislation and industry best practices. We are committed to carrying out annual reviews to monitor our progress and to planning ongoing improvements.

MS Srl is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 106 of 10 August 2018, which transposed Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council. This accessibility statement applies to www.msimballaggi.it.

Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Annex A to standard UNI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1) and with the requirements under Annex A of the Ministerial Decree of 5 July 2005 (WCAG 2.0), due to the cases of non-compliance and/or the exemptions listed below.

Non-accessible Content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons: non-compliance with Law 4/2004.

  • 1.1.1 Non-text Content: some images on the website have inconsistent alternative text, with some images lacking alternative text altogether.
  • 1.3.1 Info and Relationships: the page structure does not consistently delimit the main content areas.
  • 1.4.3 Contrast and Use of Colour: there are graphic elements and text whose contrast ratio against the background does not meet the required threshold, as well as text overlaid on non-uniform backgrounds that does not ensure full readability of the content.
  • 1.4.10 Reflow: when increasing the browser display settings up to 200%, some content does not reflow correctly; for example, the English flag image on the homepage.
  • 2.4.4 Link Purpose (In Context): generic links are present, for example “See all” or “Request info”.
  • 2.4.6 Headings and Labels: heading levels are not always used consistently throughout the site.
  • 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value: some interactive elements, such as social links consisting of an icon only, do not expose an accessible name to assistive technologies.
  • Video and audio content may lack captions, audio descriptions, or sign language interpretation.

Despite MS Srl’s efforts, there may be further non-compliant elements that are not listed in this Statement.
